What this site is

Thrive Lifestyle is an independent catalogue and journal about sustainable clothing and home goods. It documents pieces, fabrics and makers. It does not sell, ship, exchange or refund anything, and there is no cart, checkout or customer account.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on catalogue pages are the prices each piece was listed at, in Canadian dollars. They are reference information, not an offer. For current availability, ask the maker named on the page.

Privacy

The site has no forms, no sign-in and no newsletter, so it does not collect names, e-mail addresses or payment details. Pages are static files. The web server keeps ordinary access logs.

Editorial policy

Catalogue descriptions reproduce what the makers and the boutique published about each piece. Journal articles are written for this site. Brand names belong to their owners and are used to identify who made what; no maker has paid to appear here.

Looking after what you own

The most sustainable garment is the one already in the drawer. Wash cold, hang dry, mend early, and pass things on when you are done with them.
